SEVIMLI ARCHITECTURE

This stone house is a Grade 2 listed, 19th century three-storey Greek House typical of its era. Keen to retain the original look and feel, we approached the renovation with the concept of ‘open space’ in mind.

 

This has been achieved by utilising sympathetic construction techniques and natural materials such as bamboo. Upon entering the house, the sense of space is created by the suspended floor and redesigned light wells in the bedrooms and living areas. These wells also feature on the Villa’s exterior, directing a corridor of natural light and air towards the basement.
